Flow Prompt Queue Privacy Policy

Effective: August 14, 2026

Flow Prompt Queue is an independent Chrome extension that helps a user run an ordered prompt queue in the Google Flow page they already have open. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google.

Information handled by the extension

The extension handles prompt text and CSV rows supplied by the user; queue and runtime status; extension settings; local diagnostic events; Google Flow interface state; Upload asset labels used to resolve user-supplied @mentions; generation status and errors; and references to generated media needed to initiate and confirm downloads.

How information is used

This information is used only to build, run, resume, troubleshoot, and download the results of the prompt queue requested by the user. Prompts and selected assets are entered into Google Flow at the user's direction and are then subject to Google's terms and privacy practices.

Storage and retention

Queue items are stored locally in the browser's IndexedDB. Settings, lightweight runtime state, active download jobs, and up to 200 recent diagnostic events are stored locally with chrome.storage.local. The extension does not operate a developer-controlled server and does not transmit these records to the developer.

Local data remains until the user clears the relevant queue or logs, clears the extension's browser data, or uninstalls the extension.

Sharing and sale

The developer does not sell, rent, or share user information with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties. The extension does not contain advertising, analytics, or tracking code. Information is made available to Google Flow only as needed to carry out actions the user requested in their existing Flow session.

Limited Use compliance

The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Information handled through extension permissions is used only to provide or improve the extension's single user-facing purpose, is not used for personalized advertising or lending decisions, and is not transferred except as necessary to provide that purpose, comply with law, or protect against abuse.

Permissions

Security

The extension contains no remotely hosted executable code. It is designed to limit operation to the Google Flow host and to keep extension records on the user's device.

User choices

Users can clear the queue and diagnostic logs from the extension. Uninstalling the extension removes its locally stored extension data through Chrome. Downloaded files remain under the user's control in their Downloads folder.

Changes and contact

Material changes to this policy will be reflected on this page with a new effective date. Privacy or support questions can be sent through the developer contact channel shown on the Flow Prompt Queue Chrome Web Store listing.
